2017 - 18 FULL SCHEDULE
SAN FRANCISCO - The University of San Francisco women's tennis team released its 2017-18 schedule with the Dons hosting eight matches at the Olympic Club. Women's tennis head coach Peter Bartlett made the announcement.
The Dons will spend the fall campaign competing in a variety of tournaments, which begins with the Battle in the Bay Classic that the Dons will be hosting on September 21 - 24 at the Cal Club. After that, USF will take a short trip to Berkeley to compete in the Cal Berkeley Invitational on September 29 through October 1.
To cap off its fall campaign, USF will take part in the Saint Mary's Invitational on October 6 - 8 at Moraga, Calif. Next, the Dons head down the peninsula to Stanford for the ITA Regional Tournament on October 19 - 22.
USF will begin their spring campaign with a home match against Sacramento State at the Olympic Club on January 19. USF will start conference play on the road against BYU on March 2. After that, the Dons return home to begin with four consecutive home matches at the Olympic Club against Florida International, Detroit Mercy, Nevada and Idaho. This will be four of the eight matches the Dons will play host to in the spring.
Last season, the Dons went 5-16 overall and 2-7 in the conference. On the season, its home record was 4-8.
