2018 Track & Field: Competed at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, finishing 45th with a time of 9:14.81…raced to the third fastest time in USF history in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 31) with his mark of 8:56.78…competed in the 1,500 meter and 5,000 meter as well as the 3,000 meter steeplechase…ran his fastest 1,500 meter at the Hornet Invitational (Mar. 17) with his time of 3:52.49 to finish fifth overall…in his only 5,000 meter race, he posted mark of 14:59.16 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 10).
2017 Cross Country: Competed in all five of the Dons 2017 races...finished 8th at the USF Invitational with a time of 26:06.3...finished the WCC Championships in 24th, posting a season-best time of 24:34...at the NCAA West Regionals he finished the 10K race in a time of 31:11.8 to place 78th...earned WCC All-Academic honors.
Prep/International: Named Oxford Sportsman of the Year in 2016 … Great Britain Olympic Trials finalist and England U23 silver medalist in the 3,000 meter steeplechase … six-time Oxford Full Blue and three-time Oxford individual Oxford-Cambridge varsity match winner … matriculated from The Judd School to Oxford in 2013.
Personal: Pursuing a master’s degree in analytics at USF … son of Peter and Susan Howard part-time DJ in his spare time … born Aug. 24, 1995, in Hadlow, England.
