Dons Head To Davis For Aggie Open

(San Francisco) - The USF track and field teams will return to competition this weekend, traveling to Davis, Calif. for the Aggie Open. Events are scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m.
Highlighting the meet for the Dons will be Alexander Fowler, who will compete in the long jump and triple jump. Last weekend, Fowler placed second in the long jump at the Stanford Opener with a mark of 6.50.
On the track, Heather Zytkewicz and Laurel Kleiber will each compete in the women's 5,000. On the men's side, Ganbileg Bor will run in the 5,000, an event he earned a time of 8:29.30 in last weekend. Eva Krchova and Hillary Kigar will compete for San Francisco in the 1500, scheduled to begin at 11:50 a.m. Krchova finished third in the event last weekend, earning a time of 4:31.48.
Alex Delgadillo will open the meet for USF with the javelin, the first event of the day.
