2010 Track & Field: Competed in three meets for the Dons...Set personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m during the season...doubled at the Cal Nevada Championships posting personal bests in the 1500 (3:55.51) and 5000m (14:55.77).
2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of 25:58 at the Bronco Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Ran 4:00.55 to win his heat at the Johnny Mathis Invitational...posted a personal best of 15:33.24 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of 26:26 at the Bronco Invitational.
Prep Career: Member of North Bends 4A Oregon State Cross Country Championship team...finished fourth overall in 16:24....has personal bests of 4:10 (1500) and 9:02.5 (3000).
