2008 Cross Country: Ran as the Don's front runner all season... finished 4th at the WCC Championships in 22:10.0, earning All-Conference honors for the second straight season... ran a personal best 21:25 to finish 57th at the NCAA Western Region Championships... won the Sac State Invitational in 17:27.0...was runner up at the San Francisco Invitational with the time 18:03.1.
2008 Track & Field: Very strong junior season with tremendous improvement...Was the National Athletic Conference Champ at 5000...posted personal bests in three events, 5000 (17:04.41), 3000 (9:54.11, new school record) and 1500 (4:40.53)...posted runner up finishes at the Woody Wilson Invitational (1500), Rafer Johnsen/Jackie Joyner Invitational (5000) and Brutus Hamilton Invitational (5000).
2007 Cross Country: Set a personal record in the 6k at the NCAA Regional meet, where she placed 66th, with a time of 21:49. Earned All-WCC First Team honors by placing tenth at the Conference Championship (21:52).
2007 Track: Ran a 2:20.98 in the 800 at the Triton Invitational. Qualified for the 1500 finals at the Independent Conference Championships with a time of 4:43.59, where she finished 11th.
2006 Cross Country: Opened the season at the USF Invitational with a 12th place finish... highest finish of the season came at the Sacramento State Invitational (7th place overall)... ran a new personal best in the 5k at the Bronco Invitational (18:14)... placed 11th overall at the WCC Championships.
2006 Track: Ran a 4:49.47 in the 1500 at the Rafer Johnson/JJK Invite... Was an Independent Conference Championship Finalist in the 1500m.
2005 Cross Country: Ran a personal best of 18:58 in the 5k at the Willamette Invitational... Finished in 34th at the WCC Championships in 20:04... Ran a personal best of 23:51 in the 6k at the NCAA Regional Championships.
Prep Career: Track: three time All-League...four year team MVP...two time Oakmont High School Athlete of the year...posted personal bests 2:18 (800m), 5:02 (1600m) and 11:00 (3200m)...Cross Country: three time All-League...four year team MVP...personal best of 18:46 (5K).
