2004 All-West Coast Conference First Team
2004 Cross Country: Turned in greatest season ever by a USF Cross Country athlete in 2004... placed second overall at the West Coast Conference Championships, earning First Team All-West Coast Conference honors... highest finish ever by USF woman at the WCC Championship... helped lead team to second place finish at the WCC Championship... came within one second of qualifying for National individual berth at the NCAA West Regional ... WCC Student-Athlete of the Month for September... number one runner for Dons for all seven races... won the Sacramento State Invitational... highest collegian finish, placing fourth in a time of in the 6k of 21:21 at the Sun Dodger Invitational... finished forth in the 4k in a time of 14:30 at the Stanford Invitational... placed fifth overall at the UC Triton Invitational... ran 17:53 and placed 11th at the USF Invitational.
Before USF: Attended Sports University in Cologne, Germany... finished sixth in the 5000m at the 2003 German National Championships... four-time member of the championship-winning cross country squad at the German National Championships (1998-2001)... won the 3000m race at the 1997 German National Championships... placed fifth in the 1500 at the 1998 German Indoor National Championships.
