2009 Cross Country: Competed in three meets and ran a personal best of 25:49 to finish sixth at the Doc Adams Invitational. 2009 Track & Field: Finished third in the open 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational in 1:54.96...won the 800m at the SFSU Distance Carnival...ran 4:00.54 for 1500m in his first year in this event. 2008 Cross Country: In his first ever cross country season he set a personal best of 25:50.3 to finish 11th at the Doc Adams Invitational. 2008 Track & Field: Finished place 6th in the 800 at the National Athletic Conference Championships...Ran a personal best of 1:56.43 in the 800 at the Santa Clara dual meet. Prep Career: Personal best of 51 in the 400m. DONS File: Chose USF because he liked the city, school and the opportunity to run track.
