2006 All-Academic Team (XC) 2006 All-Conference Honorable Mention (XC) 2008 Cross Country: Redshirt 2008 Track & Field: Had a breakthrough 2008 season...was the National Athletic Champion at both 800 and 1500...posted a personal best of 3:44.76 (1500) in the NCAA Regional prelims...finished 9th in the finals...won the 1500 at the Stanford, Davis, Fresno quad meet...was second at 800 meters at the Hornet Open...ran a personal best at 800 (1:52.99) at the Rafer Johnsen/Jackie Joyner Invitational. 2007 Cross Country: Was the top finisher for the Dons at the Bronco Invitational where he placed 10th overall with a personal best 8k time of 25:07. Placed 7th in the Stanford 4k with a time of 12:36. 2007 Track: Set the school record in the 800 at the Hornet Open with a time of 1:53.31 and set the school record in the 1500 at the JJK/Rafer Johnson Invite with a time of 3:52.55. Placed third in the 1500 at the Independent Conference Championships, earning six points for the Dons. Named to the Region VIII Academic All-American Team for his excellent work in the classroom and in the community. 2006 Cross Country: Opened the season in the Stanford Invitational 4k where he placed 12th in 13:01... at the WCC Championships placed 15th (26:27). 2006 Track: Ran personal best of 1:54.73 in the 800m at the Woody Wilson Invitational... Ran a personal best of 3:56.89 in the 1500m at the Rafer Johnson/JJK Invite... Ran on the winning Distance Medley Relay at the San Francisco Invitational. 2005 Cross Country: Ran a personal best 26:13 in the 8k at the Willamette Invitational... Placed 26th at the WCC Championships in 27:12. Prep Career: Member of the 2002 State Meet Champions Division 2, All-State Sophomore team in 2002...Sac-Joaquin section championship finalist in 1600m...posted personal best 4:18 (1600m) and 1:57 (800m) in Track and 16:04 (5K) in Cross Country.
