2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of 26:05.7 for 14th place overall at the San Francisco Invitational....finished fourth in 26:39 in the open race at the Bronco Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Placed third in the 1500m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with new personal best of 3:52.08.. Finished fifth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 1500m...placed 2nd in the 1500 at the Aggie Open ...ran a personal best of 1:54.40 for 800m to finish 2nd at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of 26:05.7 for 14th place overall at the San Francisco Invitiational.
2008 Track & Field: Placed 3rd at the National Athletic Conference Championships in the 1500 and 4th in the 800.
2007 Cross Country: Finished third for the Dons at the Bronco Invite with a 6k personal best time of 26:04. Was the third finisher for the Dons at the WCC Championship with a time of 26:52.
2007 Track: Set personal bests in the 800 (1:55.74), 1500 (3:58.32) and 5000 (16:29.71).

PREP CAREER: Five time All-American in 4x800 and Distance Medley Relay (indoor and outdoor) Bergen County Cross Country champion in 2005... All-American 4x800(indoor).... six time Bergen county track champion (indoor/ outdoor)... sectional Champion in 800 and 1600(outdoor)... runner up at SMOC in the 1600m in 2005 (outdoor)... Runner of the year by YMCA... All-state team for the 1600m... after winning the 2005 New Jersey Group 4 Championships in the 1600 under the direction of Ridgewood head coach Mike Glynn, Williams posted a runner-up finish at the 2005 New Jersey Meet of Champions... owns personal track bests of 4:12.71 (1600), 9:28 (3200) and 1:54.7 (800) to go along with a top cross country time of 15:43.
