In the Saturday competition Nelson, Sparks and freshman Byron Williams all set personal records with Sparks leading the way with a time of 3:57.92. In the women's competition, senior Renee Stribling ran a solid race in the womens 1500m where she ran a 4:34.53, only a second off of her personal record. "I thought the athletes competed really well in highly competitive fields," said head coach Helen Lehman-Winters. "They all gained a lot of experience tactically that they will be able to use in the future." Next up for the Dons is the Johnny Mathis Invitational at San
Francisco State next weekend. To see results from the Dons races this
