narrowly missed qualifying for the NCAA Championship semifinal.
2010 Cross Country: Finished third at the San Francisco
Invitational 5k with a time of 17:37... ran a personal best of
21:02 at the Wisconsin Invitational... finished 64th in 21:30 at
the prestigious Pre-National Invitational... ran 22:36 at the West
Coast Conference Championships... finished 52nd at the NCAA Western
Regionals in 21:13... compete in five races for USF.

2009 Cross Country: Finished sixth in 21:42 at the WCC Championships earning first-team All-West Coast Conference honors... finished 80th in 22:43.09 at the NCAA Western Region Championships... led the Dons at the San Francisco Invitational... posted a personal best of 17:31.26 to finish 28th at the Dellinger Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Set four USF school records in the 800m, 1500m, mile and 3000m steeplechase... qualified for the 1500m final at the NCAA Regional Championships... won the 3000stpl at the Aggie Open in 10:43.93 qualifying for NCAA Regionals... won the Cal Nevada Championships in the 1500m... posted a NCAA qualifying mark of 4:26.72 at the Woody Wilson Invitational... won the 800m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational with a personal best of 2:12.33
2008 Cross Country: Was consistently a top-three finisher for the Dons... ran a personal best of 22:00 for 87th place at the NCAA Western Region Championships... finished 22nd at the West Coast Conference Championships in 23:22.0... was runner-up at the Sac State Invitational in 17:37.
2008 Track & Field: Had an excellent freshmen campaign... was runner-up at 1500 meters in the National Athletic Conference Championships... set a new school record in the 3000 SC (11:00.00)... was third at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 800 (2:14.40)... posted a personal best at 1500 (4:33.75).
2007 Cross Country: Set a 6k personal record at the Sundodger Invitational with a time of 23:00... as the only freshman to compete on the record setting second-place West Coast Conference and NCAA Regional 12th place teams... was the fourth-highest freshman finisher at the WCC Championships.
Prep Career: 2007 track MVP at Del Oro HS. Personal best of 2:19 in the 800 and 5:06 in the 1600.
