2010 Cross Country: Ran to a fifth-place finish at the San Francisco State Invitational with a time of 22:50... finished 12th at the San Francisco Invitational 5k with a time of 18:20... set a new personal 5k best at the Bronco Invitational with a 18:06... was sixth at the Doc Adams Invitational with a 22:13... competed in six races for USF.
2010 Track & Field: Set a collegiate best at 800.
2009 Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Dons... posted a seasonal best of 19:26 at the Sacramento Jamoboree.
2009 Track & Field: Competed in three meets posting a seasonal best of 2:21.07 in the 800m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Dons... set a personal best of 19:05.0 at the Sac State Invitational.
2008 Track & Field: Redshirt.
2007 Cross Country: Set a 5k personal best (19:36) at the Bronco Invite... placed 42nd in the Stanford 4k with a time of 16:09.
Prep Career: MVP of 2005 and 2007 cross country team, was also the MVP of 2007 track team... placed first in both the 400m and 800m in the Indoor Provincial Championships last season... personal bests of 59.66 (400), 2:15 (800) and 4:46 (1500).
DONS File: Pschology major at USF... parents are Karen Young and Roy Holman... chose USF because of the size of the school and because she loves San Francisco.
