2009 ALL-WCC HONORABLE MENTION (XC)
2010 Cross Country: Ran in three races... best time of the season was a 25:28 at the Bronco Invitational... finished with a time of 26:28 at the West Coast Conference Championships.
2010 Track &
Field: Finished sixth in the 800 at the
Stanford Opener... ran 4:15.93 (indoor) in the one mile at the
Husky Classic.
2009 Cross Country: For the second consecutive year, was the number two runner for the Dons at the WCC Championships finishing 11th in 25:37... earned WCC Honorable Mention... posted a personal best of 25:18 at the Bronco Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Finished second in the open 800m at the Brutus Hamilton with a personal best of 1:54.10... was fourth in the 800m at the CAL Opener.
2008 Cross Country: In his first-ever cross country season he was the Dons number two runner at the West Coast Conference Championships finishing 20th in 27:12... placed 12th with a personal best of 25:53.8 at the Doc Adams Invitational.
2008 Track & Field: Placed seventh at the National Athletic Conference Championships in the 800... posted a personal best at 800 meters in 1:57.08 at the Santa Clara dual meet.
Prep Career: Personal best of 51 seconds in the 400m.
DONS File: Chose USF because he liked the school and wanted to help build the track program... Business Administration major... parents are Peter and Susanne Hopkins.
