2010 Cross Country: Ran in three races after dealing with early-season injuries... finished 18th at the West Coast Conference Championships in 21:55... ran a personal best 21:11 at the NCAA Western Regionals.
2010 Track & Field: Finished 24th in the 5000m at the NCAA Western Regionals Championships… set personal bests in four events: 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10000m… placed fourth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 5000m in 17:03.10... placed third at the Stanford Opener in the 3000m in 9:50.64.
2009 Cross Country: Improved tremendously from freshmen year to sophomore year... led the Dons in two races... finished fourth in 21:22 at the West Coast Conference Championships... led the Dons to their first-ever WCC Championship team title... finished 49th in 22:09 at the NCAA Western Regional Championships... set a personal best and USF top 5K cross country time of 17:22 to finish fourth at the Bronco Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Placed fourth at the Aggie Open 5000m in 18:11.76... finished 12th in 38:34.39 for 10000m at the Cal Nevada Championships.
2008 Cross Country: Was consistently a top-seven runner for the Dons... finished 32nd in 23:49.0 at the WCC Championships... highest finished came at the Doc Adams Invitational where she was 10th in 22:43.9.
Prep Career: Was a three-time California Cross Country Championship finalist (2005-2007)... 2006 California State Track finalist at 3200... three-time Junior Olympic All-American... has prep personal bests of 5:13 (1600) and 10:59 (3200).
