2009 Track & Field: Placed 5th and set the USF 10k record at the Cal Nevada Championships in 31:35.00... finished 4th in the 5000m at the Aggie Open in 15:21.93. 2008 Cross Country: Was consistently the Don's #2 runner... finished 8th at the Sac State Invitational in 20:29... placed 39th at the WCC Championships in 27:56... ran a personal best of 31:55 (93rd) at the NCAA West Region Championships. Prep Career: Finished 8th at the California Division III State Cross Country Championships in 15:45....2007 1st Team All North Coast Section Cross Country Team...has personal bests of 4:34 (1600) and 9:32 (3200).
