2007 Cross Country: Became the first non Portland runner in 28 years to win the WCC Individual Championship with a school record time of 25:20. Placed 56th at the NCAA Regionals (31:38, 10k), the best finish in school history. Became the first USF Don to capture four All-WCC First Team Honors. 2007 WCC Conference Champion 2004-07 All-WCC First Team (XC) 2006 Cross Country: Opened his junior season with a second place finish at the USF Invitational (first collegian)... earned his third consecutive All-WCC First Team Honors... placed eighth at the WCC Championships. 2006 Track: Placed first in the 5k and ran a leg on winning distance medley relay at the San Francisco Invitational... Placed third in the 1500 (3:56.65) at Woody Wilson Invite... Ran a personal best 14:36 in the 5k at Rafer Johnson/JJK Invite. 2005 Cross Country: Placed fifth at the Lafayette Invitational... Ran a season best 25:13 in the 8k at the Willamette Invitational... Earned All-Conference Honors after finishing ninth at the WCC Championships. 2005 Track: Won the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 3:57.25...placed second at the San Francisco Invitational in the 5K with a 15:04...Anchored winning distance medley relay team at San Francisco Invitational...placed third at Pomona Pitzer Invitational in the 5K. 2004 Cross Country: Outstanding freshman season... number one runner in six of seven races for the Dons... placed sixth at the West Coast Conference Championships, the best finish ever for a USF athlete... best 8k time, 24:55, came at Sun Dodger Invitational... finished second at the UC Triton Invitational where the Dons won the event as a team.
