2007 SEASON: Played in 36 games with 31 starts as a junior... hit .239 for the season... went 2-for-5 in USF's 6-2 opening day win over Fresno State (2/2/07)... in series finale versus Fresno State (2/4/07) was 2-for-4... collected two hits in four at-bats at UC Riverside (2/18/07)... batted .500 (3-for-6), hit in two RBI and scored two runs in 8-0 win against UC Davis (2/24/07)... versus No. 24 Baylor (3/2/07) went 2-for-4 with one run scored.... was 2-for-5 and scored twice in win over Winthrop (3/10/07)... went 2-for-3 with two RBI in 13-5 win over Southern Utah (3/23/07)... hit 2-for-4 in 8-1 victory versus Sacramento State. 2006 NCAA REGIONAL: Went 3-for-11 with three doubles, a run scored, and a stolen base at the Lincoln Regional... finished 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles against Manhattan (6/4). 2006 SEASON: Played in 40 games with 29 starts as a sophomore... made a welcome return to the lineup for the postseason after suffering a broken hand at New Mexico (3/17)... hit .333 with three doubles, nine runs and three stolen bases after the injury... batted .400 with an RBI, a walk, and a stolen base in the West Coast Conference Championship Series... recorded a season-high four hits at Southern Utah (2/17) with an RBI and three runs... had a double, two RBI at Southern Utah (2-18)... was 1-for-4 with a double, a walk, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base against Washington State (2/26)... had three hits at Sacramento State (2/26) with an RBI... was 2-for-4 with two stolen bases at Sacramento State (3/15)... played in the Cape Cod League over the summer. 2005 SEASON: Made a big impact in his first year and was the only Don to start in all 56 games... named West Coast Conference Player of the Week (3/15)... ranked among league leaders in two overall categories, including tied for fourth in stolen bases (16) and tied for ninth in runs (43)... was first or tied for first in eight team categories including hits (70), runs scored and was no less than third in four other categories including stolen bases and RBI (3rd with 29)... collected two hits and scored two runs against San Jose State in his first collegiate game (3/8)... had a 12-game hit streak (3/17-4/5) where he had a total of 23 hits, 12 runs scored, 15 RBI, four doubles, one home run and four stolen bases... also had a four-game hit streak (2/12-20), a five-game hit streak (3/26-4/5) and a six-game hit streak (4/12-22)... had three stolen bases at UC Davis on 5/17... named to the 2005 Pepsi/Johnny Quik Classic All-Tournament team after batting .500 with seven RBI and a team-high eight runs scored. PREP CAREER: Played four years at La Cueva High School... hit .470 as a high school senior... received all-district, all-metro, and all-state honors following senior year... led team to a 29-0 record and a state championship in 2003... team finished with a No. 7 national ranking... also played four years of basketball.
