AT COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO (2007): Went 4-0 in 16 appearances... in 28.1 innings, threw 32 strikeouts with a 1.27 ERA.

AT USF (2006): Redshirted

PREP CAREER: Played varsity baseball at Point Arena High School... named League MVP senior season going 4-2, 0.622 ERA with 87 strikeouts in 45 innings... also played varsity football and basketball his freshman, junior, and senior seasons... two-time MVP for basketball.
