Former Stanford guard Kris Weems scored 23 points, making 7 of 11 three-point shots to give the Olympic Club a 80-73 come from behind 80-73 victory over USF Saturday afternoon at Memorial Gymnasium. The Dons, who host the Dominican Republic Friday, were paced by 18 points by John Cox.

USF broke out to an early 23-9 lead, but the Olympic Club starting hitting three-pointers and closed the gap to 41-37 at the half. The guests knocked down 9 of 16 treys before intermission, including five by Weems.

Meanwhile USF struggled from behind the arc, hiiting just 7-24, which enabled the Olympic Club to take the lead. The Olympians made 12 of 22 treys on the day.

Darrell Tucker scored 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Dons, with newcomers Jovan Harris adding 16 points and Brandon Queen nine. Harris had seven assists and just one turnover in his first action for USF.

The Olympic Club had double figure performances from John Woolery (13) and Dan Haller.
