Antonio Kellogg Named West Coast Conference Co-Player of the Week

Antonio Kellogg, whose late game three-pointers helped USF earn a win over San Diego in the Dons' West Coast Conference opener on January 6th, was named West Coast Conference Co-Player of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.
Kellogg, who shared the award with Portland's Darren Cooper who helped the Pilots to two wins, scored a career best 37 points. 35 after halftime to lead the Dons to a 103-100 double overtime win. His shot from just inside halfcourt with no time remaining sent the game into overtime and his shot with five seconds left in the second overtime was the game-winner. He nailed 13 of 16 shots from the floor in the game, including 7 of 10 from three-point range.
Kellogg, an Oakland native, is in his first season at USF after transferring in from the University of Connecticut. His previous high was 22 points which he made twice this season.
Kellogg leads the Dons in scoring averaging 15.6 points per game
