When Eddie Sutton took over USF basketball in the last week of December, he quickly established in his comments about the team to the media that he wasn't going to be a warm, grandfatherly mentor.

Sutton said he's here for the Dons. He said he even considers every player part of his family. But it's a family being raised on tough love.
