TACOMA, WASH. - San Francisco stands seventh with 607 strokes (300-307) after day one of the 2008 West Coast Conference Men's Golf Championship held at Chambers Bay Monday.

Chris Cunningham is the top Dons' individual. He is tied for fifth with two rounds of 73, two over par. Kurt Nino is tied for 19th with a score of 150 (75-75), Kenny Adams stands tied for 28th with 153 strokes (74-79), EJ Kahn is 36th with 158 strokes (78-80) and Connor McElyea is tied for 39th with a score of 165 (84-81).

Heading into day two, San Diego leads the team competition with a combined score of 580 (286-294). Loyola Marymount is second (589; 293-296) and , Saint Mary's and Pepperdine are tied for third with scores of 591 (298-293; 300-291).

San Diego's Darrin Hall and Loyola Marymount's Jason D'Amore are tied for the individual leads with score of 142 (66-76; 74-68).
