(Bolton, MA) - USF men's golf shot a 615 (306, 309) during the first day of the 2007 Hartford Hawks Invitational Friday at the International. Final round action begins with a 7:45 AM (ET) shotgun start.

Old Dominion University will take a seven-stroke lead into Saturday's final round. ODU shot an even-par 288 in the morning and followed it up with a two-over 290 in the afternoon for a total of 578. Penn State University (292-292-585), Florida Gulf Coast University (291-297-588), St. John's University (291-299-590) and the University of Texas at San Antonio (298-296-594) round out the top five teams.

St. John's Keegan Bradley leads FGCU's Kyle Henderson by a stroke in the individual standings. Bradley carded the low round in the morning with a four-under par 68 and added an afternoon 73 to finish the day at 141 (-3). Henderson shot 69 and 73 and is the lone competitor at 142 (-2).

EJ Kahn led the Dons with a 151 (78, 73) after two rounds, good for a share of 24th place. Kahn's one-over 73 in round two featured six birdies and seven pars.
