Day Two Results in PDF Format Get Acrobat Reader

TURTLE BAY, HAWAII - After two rounds at the Turtle Bay Invitational, the USF men's golf team remains in 20th place with a combined score of 586 (288 - 298).

Sophomore Chris Cunningham had the best round for USF shooting a 72 on day two. For the tournament, Cunningham sits tied for 37th with a total score of 141 (69 - 72).

Barring a huge letdown, Tennessee looks to the favorite to win the team title heading into the final round. As a squad, the Vols are 41 under par with a score of 539 (264 - 275). UC Irvine sits in second with 550 (-30 ; 270 - 280) and UT-Arlington is third with 551 (-29; 270 - 281).

Sean Shahi of UC Irvine took the lead individually from first day leader Robin Wingardh of Tennessee. Shahi finished the course Tuesday in 67 strokes, while Wingardh hit a 70. For the tournament, Shahi now has a score of 132 (65 - 67), while Wingardh (63 - 70) sits tied for second with Boise State's Troy Merritt (64 -69) as both have 133 strokes.

The Turtle Bay Invitational finishes off Wednesday.
