Men's Golf Finishes Fifth at Hargrove Davis Spring Classic

(Buies Creek, NC) - After two final rounds of play, San Francisco Men's Golf finished fifth with a total score of 918 (306, 292, 320) at the Hargrove Davis Spring Classic, hosted by Campbell University.

Freshman Domingo Jojola won the Tournament with a three round score of 216. He was only one of two players to shoot a par of 72 in the first round. He shot a two-under 70 in the second round and finished the third with a 74.

Freshmen Jesse Galvon and Kurt Nino missed the Top-20 by just three and four strokes respectively. Galvon shot an 80, 70, and 83 for a three-round total of 233. Nino added just one stroke for a 234 after finishing the three rounds with 75, 73, and 86.

Junior Moses Kahalekulu shot a 79, 82, and 77 for a three-round total of 238 and junior Taylor Hobin finished with a 252 after shooting 85, 79, and 88.

USF returns to action in the Fidelity National Title Intercollegiate at Cypress Ridge Community College on March 23 and 24.
