Dons Topple Central Florida 4-3 at Boise State Spring Break Tournament

The USF men's tennis team completed play in the Boise State Red Lion Spring Break Tournament by defeating Central Florida 4-3 Saturday morning in Boise, Idaho.

The Dons won four of the six singles matches to win the match and finish seventh in the event after dropping the doubles point.

Matthew Berry remained on a roll, by defeating Sinan Sudas in three sets to improve his singles record to 21-6 on the year. Falko Huettenberger won 6-0, 6-0 at number two and Thong Tu won 6-0, 6-3 at the third spot. USF clinched the match with a 6-3, 7-5 win at five singles as Rainer Nachbauer topped Brock Sakey 6-3, 7-5.

USF returns home to visit Santa Clara on April 5th at 2:30 p.m. in the South Bay.
