USF Sweeps Cal Poly In Men's Tennis, 7-0

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA - USF men's tennis dominated host Cal Poly, taking sweeping doubles and singles action for a 7-0 victory against the Mustangs. After a hard-fought doubles point, the Dons turned up the intensity in singles action and cruised to five straight-set wins in non-conference action Sunday at Cal Poly. San Francisco returns to action when they host Bay Area rival Sonoma State in non-conference action at the Olympic Club, Tuesday, April 17. The Cossacks are the final tuneup for the Dons heading into the 2002 West Coast Conference Championships held at Saint Mary's College April 19-21 in Moraga. USF looks to cap the most successful season in the past 15 years and improve on last season's seventh place finish. USF defeats Cal Poly 7-0 Doubles (USF wins doubles point)
