The USF men's tennis team prepped for the WCC Championships with a 5-2 decision over UC Santa Cruz Monday at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. The Dons begin championship play Friday in San Diego.

USF won the doubles point with Lien/Fuller and Arneson/Pires De Almeida each winning their set.

The Dons got singles wins from Pablo Pires De Almeida (7-5, 6-3), Axel Elvik (6-4, 6-2), Romain Van Rillas (6-4, 6-4) and Christian Dyvik (6-3, 6-1) to improve to 16-6 on the year.
