Men's Tennis Suspended Due to Rain Tied 1-1 in WCC Championships

The USF vs. San Diego first round match in the West Coast Conference championships was suspended by rain Friday and will be resumed at San Diego Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

The match is tied 1-1 with USF's Matthew Berry earning the Dons point on a 6-1, 7-5 decision over USD's Thomas Liversage. It was the senior's 15th win in his last 17 matches.

Thong Tu was the other Dons player to complete his match as he fell to Jonas Mouly 6-2, 6-3 in the third slot.

The winner of Saturday morning's match will play the winner of the LMU vs. Santa Clara match at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at USD, while the two losing teams will also play at 1:30 p.m. at San Diego State.
