"Venice was a senior at Denver when I coached there and she'll be a great asset to our team here at USF. She gives us much needed administrative help and has a wonderful personality and great work ethic. I'm really excited that she wanted to be here," said Haave.

Adams received a full scholarship to the University of Denver and earned Sunbelt Conference Honor Roll Awards from 2004-2006. Adams began the 2007-08 season with the Perik Jumpers in Holland, playing in four games before suffering a season ending hand injury.

"I came to USF mainly for the opportunity to work with Tanya. She taught me a lot about the game while at Denver, but I'm excited to learn a different side of the game from a coaching perspective," Adams said.

Adams is currently working towards her masters degree in orgizational leadership at the Unviersity of San Francisco.
