GENERAL CAPSULE: Strong and physical rebounder... has inside/outside capabilities... competes hard and has worked hard to get healthy... improved quickness and stamina... will compete for minutes on the inside. 2002-2003 SEASON (1.1 PPG, 1.8 rpg): Injury problems limited playing time, but still appeared in 13 contests as a sophomore... scored season-high seven points at Fresno State (12/14/03)... pulled down season-high four rebounds against Santa Clara (1/25/03). 2001-2002 SEASON (6.0 PPG, 6.6 RPG, 0.4 BPG): Saw action in nine games with six starts before suffering season ending back injury prior to West Coast Conference play... scored a career-high 15 points in a win against Cal State Northridge (11/30/01)... converted on 7-of-8 from the floor against the Matadors... pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds against Long Beach State (12/21/01)... scored six points and added seven rebounds in win against California (12/5/01)... at the time of her injury was leading the team in rebounding (6.6) and led USF's board effort four times. PREP CAREER: Played four years of varsity basketball at Oakland High School... first team all-Oakland Athletic League selection in basketball as a junior and senior... averaged 10.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg and 3.2 assists as a senior... also competed on the track and volleyball teams for four years... was a four-year all-OAL selection in volleyball for the Wildcats... member of the honor roll.
