GENERAL CAPSULE: Will compete for a reserve role at center this season... has good size... owns solid defensive and passing skills to go along with a soft touch... needs to be more assertive on both ends of the floor. 2005-2006 SEASON (1.1 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.4 bpg): Appeared in eight games as a junior... enjoyed best game of USF career against Rider in the opening round of the 2005 odwalla Classic... pulled down a career-high six rebounds while going 3-of-4 from free throw line, and scored season-high seven points against the Lady Broncs... recorded a pair of blocks at Nevada (12/31/05)... played against her younger sister, Andrea who plays for the Wolfpack. 2004-2005 SEASON (1.2 ppg, 1.3 rpg, 0.2 bpg): Appeared in 22 games as a sophomore... twice scored season-high four points against William and Mary (11/26/04) and Sonoma State (12/17/04)... added season-high five rebounds... dished out a season-high four assists against The Tribe during the opening round of the odwalla Classic. AT IDAHO (2002-2003): Saw action in 27 games as a freshman at the University of Idaho last season... averaged 1.9 points and 1.4 rebounds for the Vandals... scored 10 points in a win against Cal State Fullerton (2/22/03), converting on 5-of-6 from the field. PREP CAREER: Enjoyed outstanding prep career at Prairie High School... Columbian Player of the Year after her senior season... also named St. Helens League Player of the Year... All-State selection in 2002... propelled the Falcons to a runner-up finish in the 2001 Washington 4A State Championship. PERSONAL: Breann Nicole Sitton... goal for the season is to be supportive of the team... chose USF for the beautiful, diverse city, and the quality of the basketball program... cousin, Charlie Sitton was an All-American basketball player at Oregon State... favorite quote is attributed to James Dean "Dream as if you'll live forever and live as if you'll die today"... parents are Kurt and Jani Sitton... born June 28, 1984. STRAIGHT FROM TANYA HAAVE: "Breann will be a valuable reserve for us this season in the post. She has shown a lot of maturity and leadership going into her senior year. I anticipate Breann is going to have a breakout final season as a USF Don!"
