Hello Everyone,
So today is the day that we leave Oslo to board a cruise ship that is going to take us to Copenhagen. Thus far, everything has been great, I really enjoyed oslo! Last night, some of us found a teen club to go to and it was really a good time. There were rappers that performed in Norwegian and although we did not understand a word that left their mouths, we all danced and had a great time.
Today before we boarded the cruise, we stopped by the Askershus Fortress and visited the Norwegian Resistance Museum, which was really interesting. After taking a walk through the museum, we ate lunch in a little café at the fortress. It was such a beautiful day that most people sat and ate in the sun, but I chose to stay inside to eat. I like the heat, but I don't like it beaming on me.
Anyways, after the fortress it was time to board the ship. I was really excited when I found out Alexis was my roommate but not so excited when I realized there was only one bed. Ok, lets just be honest...Alexis was the one not excited, because she says that everyone claims I take up the whole bed.
Once the ship departed, we all ate the smorgasbord, or aka a buffet. After dinner we were on our own, so "the girls" just hung out together.
So far the trip has been exciting and we have seen so many different places.
Mommy and daddy, I miss you. Can't wait to see you!

We boarded the boat at 3:30. We boarded the boat with an overnight bag, while the bus - and the rest of our luggage - drove onto the bus and parked down below. We all had small rooms on the boat with windows looking out from the 10th floor. I was quite impressed. I had been told we were getting an upgrade and I sneaked a look at the rooms we should have had. Needless to say, thankfully an upgrade was provided.
Immediately upon boarding the boat I think the girls headed up to the top deck to lie out in the sun and enjoy the sail through the fjord heading out of Oslo. As for the adults, we grabbed a table in the front of the boat in the sun and just soaked it up for a few hours before it was time for dinner at eight.
We ate dinner as a team and finally had a smorgasbord. Let me tell you, I was slightly disappointed. I felt like I was eating a Las Vegas buffet. But, at least we tried it. The rest of the night was at leisure on the boat. I opted to sit up top watch the sunset - or least what could be considered a sunset since it doesn't really go all the way down up here.
All in all, a relaxing day.
Tomorrow morning, we arrive in Copenhagen, our last stop on the trip.
