2000-2001 All-WCC First Team 2001 Lumberjack Invitaional Medallist GENERAL CAPSULE: Outstanding work ethic... good golf swing and strikes the ball well... has the ability to turn in under-par rounds... with increased confidence, should develop into a fixture on the USF leader board. AT USF (2001-2002): Made contributions to the team in her third year on the Hilltop... enjoyed a solid fall season recording 11 consecutive rounds in the 70's... recorded a season-low 71 in the final round of the Ptarmigan Ram Fall Classic... best tournament finish was a seventh place showing in the 2001 Lady Vandal Fall Invitational (77, 77, 73 - 227)... shot an even par 72 in the final round of the 2002 NCAA West Regional at Stanford Golf Course. AT USF (2000-2001): Continued to post impressive scores for USF as a sophomore... 76.82 stroke average was best on the team... captured individual medallist honors at the 2001 Northern Arizona Lumberjack Invitational (73, 72 - 145)... also posted a runner-up finish at the Oregon State Shanico Invitational (70, 74, 77 - 227)... two-under 70 in the opening round at OSU was low round for the team for the season... posted five top-five finishes and placed in top-10 six times to lead the team... carded team-high 23 rounds in the 70's and only fired four rounds in the 80's... placed fifth in the 2001 West Coast Conference Championship (76, 76, 81 - 233). AT USF (1999-2000): Exploded for one of the best freshman seasons in program history... led USF in stroke average (76.70)... turned in nine rounds in the 70's... tied for 24th at the Rainbow Wahine Fall Classic with a 239 (80, 77, 82)... recorded a hole-in-one on the 15th hole of the Pioneer Bruin Classic... shot season-low round of 75 in second round of the Utah Dixie Classic... placed 15th at the 2000 West Coast Conference Tournament. PREP CAREER: Competed on the boy's team at Cerritos High School, earning most improved honors as a freshman ... state CIF champion for 1999... qualified for the Girl's CIF Championships four times... member of the principal's honor roll...earned honorable mention in Golden State Chemistry Exam.
