(Palo Alto, CA) - USF women's golf shot a final round 306 and finished in 14th place in the 2009 Stanford Intercollegiate concluding Sunday afternoon at the Stanford Golf Course. Senior Danielle Cvitanov was the top finisher for the Dons with a share of 26th place at 218 (73, 69, 76).

No. 4 Arizona won the event and led wire-to-wire at 12-under 840 (273, 282, 285), followed by UCLA at 8-under 844 (277, 285, 282). No. 21 Vanderbilt was third at 862 (290, 283, 289), two shots in front of Texas at 864 (279, 285, 300). Southern California rounded out the top-five teams at 873 (289, 295, 289). USC's Jennifer Song won the event at 8-under 205 (67, 71, 67).

San Francisco returns to action when it competes in its final event of the Fall season at the Challenge at Wolfdancer in Austin Texas. Tournament play begins Monday, November 2 in the Lone Star State.
