The Lady Dons are set to compete in the 21st annual Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational hosted by the ninth-ranked Washington women's golf team at the Tacoma Country and Golf Club. The tournament begins with single rounds Monday through Wednesday, October 7-9.

The 10-team field for this year's event includes Brigham Young, California, Stanford, Pepperdine, USC, UCLA, San Francisco, Oregon State, Oregon, Long Beach State and Washington. This course will be played as a par-73, covering 6,102 yards.

USC, the tournament's defending champion, won the event in October of 2000 when it was last contested at Sahalee Country Club. USC won with a three round total of 896 (292, 307, 297), beating Pac-10 rival Stanford (307, 302, 299 - 908) by 12 strokes.

USF finished 12th in the 2000 Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational at Sahalee Golf Course. Lisa Chen was USF's best finisher with a three-round score of 232 (80-74-78), followed by Susie Laing who finished 34th with a three round score of 236 (77-82-77).

The Lady Dons placed seventh at the Shanico Invitational hosted by Oregon State in their last tournament.
