The USF women's soccer team honored its seniors and gave out its awards at its annual banquet Sunday evening at the Handlery Room on the USF campus.

New USF head coach Mark Carr talked about the bright future for the team and how well they played in their 1-0 exhibition win over California Saturday night.

Team members gave speeches about the team's five seniors, Chelsea Hunt, Katie Foster, Hilary Fisher, Anna Guina and Katie Burrows and they received their senior watches from Green and Gold Club Vice Chairman Jim Armstrong.

Coach Carr then gave out the awards. Defensive MVP went to Hilary Fisher, Offensive MVP was Chelsea Hunt, Most Improved was awarded to Alexis Mielke and Team MVP was given to Hunt.
