USF Women's Tennis Falls 6-1 to No. 73 UC Santa Barbara

(San Francisco) - USF won the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 spot, but could not repeat the success in singles, dropping a 6-1 decision to UC Santa Barbara in non-conference women's tennis action Saturday afternoon at the Olympic Club. The Dons (3-4) did not win a single set in singles action against the No. 73 Gauchos (4-1).
San Francisco returns to action when it takes on West Coast Conference foe Saint Mary's Tuesday, March 1 at the Timothy Korth Courts in Moraga. First serve against the Gaels is set for 3:00 PM.
