Dons Netters Five Game Win Streak Snapped by #29 Colorado 7-0

The USF women's tennis team battled hard but still saw its five match win streak snapped by 29th ranked Colorado 7-0 Tuesday afternoon at Golden Gate Park.
The Dons were close to taking the doubles point to start the match after Mylene Martin and Camille Pamart took number one singles 8-3. But USF could not take three singles as Lauren Hickey and Emma Taylor narrowly lost 8-6.
USF was swept in the singles, but three of them were three set decisions as Mylene Martin, Joana Macedo and Lauren Hickey took it to the limit.
The Dons dropped to 8-9 on the year and host rival Santa Clara Sundau at 11:00 a.m. at Golden Gate Park.
