USF Women Edge Idaho 4-3 in Tennis

IRVINE, CA-The USF Women's Tennis team knocked off the University of Idaho 4-3 at the UC Irvine Invitational Tuesday morning to capture 5th place overall. The Lady Dons used strong straight set singles wins from Gabi Ruiz, Joana Laranjihnam, and Anna Skogerboe to secure the victory. Idaho won two of three doubles matches to take the doubles point.
The Lady Dons are in action this Saturday when they take part in USF Tennis Day with the men's team. The Lady Dons will square of with Nevada at 11:00 AM at the Golden Gate Park courts, while the men's team will meet Sacramento State at 11:00 AM as well.
