Dons Drop 5-2 Dual To Saint Mary's

MORAGA, CALIF. - San Francisco women's tennis (5-8) lost a 5-2 decision to West Coast Conference foe Saint Mary's (13-4) Friday afternoon.

USF's two points came on singles victories by Jennifer-Lee Heinser and Mylene Martin. Heinser, ranked 66th in the nation, extended her unbeaten streak to 13 straight with a 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 win over Jessica Hoath at No.1. Martin defeated Alex Poorta 7-6, 6-4 at No. 2

USF continues play this weekend with a Saturday dual at Sacramento State slated for a 1 p.m. first serve.
