USF Women's Tennis Handles San Jose State 6-1

LOS GATOS, CA. - The USF women's tennis squad won their fifth match in a row, knocking off San Jose State 6-1 Friday afternoon at the Los Gatos Racquet club in Los Gatos. The Lady Dons (12-8) used straight set victories from their top four singles players to knock off the Spartans.
Freshman Camille Pamart knocked off Elke Harms in the #1 slot 7-5, 6-4 to got the singles matches on track. Freshman Megan Tiegs and Senior Gabi Ruiz both won their fifth singles matches in a row.
In doubles action, the team #1 team of Pamart and Joana Laranjinha won their match 8-0, and the #2 team of Ruiz and Tiegs won their match 8-6.
Next up for the Lady Dons, they complete the regular season with a road match at Santa Clara Friday, April 16th. The WCC Championships begin April 23rd.
