Miscellaneous: Became the first player in program history to capture a major individual West Coast Conference postseason honor when named WCC Defender of the Year in 2007... became the first USF player to lead the WCC in digs since Kelly Harris accomplished the feat in 1994... defied remarkable odds in recording the exact same number of digs (522) as a freshman and sophomore... enters senior year ranked second on the USF career digs chart (1,564)... career leader in digs per set (4.77)...first player in program history to three times surpass 500 digs in a single season...first USF libero/defensive specialist to capture WCC First Team honors...three-time All-WCC... holds three spots on the single season digs list - T2nd/522 (2007 and 2006), 4th/520 (2008)...combined with Addie Webster for 791 digs in 2008, ranking fifth in USF history...named to the A2 U.S. National Team before being promoted to the A1 U.S. National Team in the summer of 2009.

At USF (2007): Turned in another outstanding season roaming the back row for USF... led the West Coast Conference in digs in both overall (4.97) and league (5.64) matches... also shared second place in service aces (0.36)... shattered career-high with 40 digs at San Jose State (9/12), the second-highest single-match tally in program history... also recorded a season-high four aces with three assists against the Spartans... recorded 27 digs with two aces in a sweep of No. 12 San Diego (10/27)... registered 32 digs with a pair of aces against Gonzaga (10/18)... posted a 30-dig match at Loyola Marymount (10/11)... also recorded 31 digs against the Lions at home (11/10)... dug 30 balls against Pepperdine (11/8)... set a career-high with five assists as a defensive specialist against Portland (10/20)... led the Dons in digs in 20 matches... recorded 23 double-digit dig matches, including 14 straight to end the season... posted 20 or more digs 12 times and surpassed 30 in five contests.
At USF (2006): Led USF and ranked third among West Coast Conference leaders in digs (4.64)... rated fourth on WCC aces chart (0.39)...recorded a season-high 34 digs at Sacramento State (9/8), the fourth highest tally in program history... served a career-high five aces at No. 21 Santa Clara (10/26)... reached double-digit digs in 25 matches; 20 or more 11 times and dug 30 or more three times... WCC Player of the Week after averaging 8.3 digs per game in sweeps of Gonzaga (10/19) and Portland (10/21)... recorded program three-game match record 29 digs against Pilots.
Prep/Club Career: A two-time West Catholic Athletic League choice at Valley Christian High School... led the WCAL in kills (3.79) and ranked second in digs (5.27) during league play as a senior... won a national championship on the City Beach U-15 club team and played on a national runner-up squad with City Beach U-17 in 2006.
Personal: Haley Carroll... chose USF because of the quality of the school, volleyball program and her teammates... goal for the season is to help the Dons to the NCAA Tournament... favorite quote is, "Live to love, love to live"... favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffany's... enjoys going to the beach and playing golf in her spare time... sister, Darcy is a former setter for USF... father Mark played baseball at San Jose State... parents are Mark and Maria Carroll... born May of 1988 in Los Gatos, Calif.
