General Capsule - Outstanding defensive player... greatly improved passing game during the spring season... great quickness and anticipates well. At USF (2006) - Contributed for USF as a sophomore... saw action in 29 matches, establishing career-highs in nearly every defensive category... reached double-digit digs in four matches, with a season-high 12 in the Dons first-ever sweep of Loyola Marymount (11/9)... added 10 digs in win against Bay Area West Coast Conference rival Saint Mary's (11/4)... recorded a career-high four service aces at New Jersey IT (9/21)... recorded two or more aces three times... dished out a career-high three assists against the Highlanders and against St. Francis (9/23) in the Long Island Blackbird Invitational. At USF (2005) - Enjoyed solid first year on the Hilltop... finished the season strong with a career-high 16 digs at UC Davis (11/22) to go along with a season best three service aces... also reached double-digit digs with 11 against No. 20 San Diego (11/22)... turned in a solid six dig, two ace effort against Bucknell (10/10). Prep/Club Career - Earned four varsity volleyball letters at San Francisco's St. Ignatius Prep... captured West Catholic Athletic League Second Team honors following senior campaign... also won Coaches Award. Personal - Tiffany Woo... goal for the season is to become a better player... chose USF for the location, the strong academic tradition and the quality of the volleyball program... would like to trade places with Oprah Winfrey for a day... favorite quote is, "You miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take"... favorite movie is Napolean Dynamite; favorite book is The Things They Carried... enjoys shopping, reading and skiing in her free time... parents are Charles and Hanna Woo... born October 31, 1987 in San Francisco.
