10/28/00 2000 West Coast Conference Cross Country Championship Portland swept the West Coast Conference men's and women's cross country championships for the fifth year in a row and the Pilot men captured their 22nd consecutive WCC crown. The women earned their fifth consecutive title. For the second straight year, all seven Pilot men earned All-WCC honors for finishing in the top ten. The UP women placed four on the All-WCC team. 9/23/00 USF Places Seventh in Hawai'i Invitational San Diego State University women's cross country team captured first place in the University of Hawai'i Invitational while Long Beach State University men's team took home the team title. The 5K race was held in warm, muggy conditions at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course on the U.S. Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe, Oahu. [+]
